"The History in Every Pour" features Tom Noonan, owner of
Sangamo Brewing Company and Museum, founder of Breweriana Exchange and a
collector of beer cans and advertising.
The John Holtz Memorial Lecture honors the memory of the former
UIS librarian who died in 2004. John enjoyed a wide range of activities,
including historical re-enactments featuring miniature war games, world
travel, reading, and discovering craft beers, carefully preserving all
the bottles and cans.
